Salmon Express Lake Ontario Fishing Charters was founded in 1993 by Captain Bernhard in Toronto Ontario. Since the start of Salmon Express Lake Ontario Fishing Charters, Captain Bernhard's mission has been to satisfy his customers and give them a pleasant and adventurous salmon fishing outing on the waters of Lake Ontario from Port Credit close to Toronto, Ontario. Due to the success of the past seasons, Captain Bernhard and his wife Captain Dolly have purchased a new boat in 2004, a 40' Luhrs Tournament, named after the well known Salmon Express. We now accommodate larger groups for corporate cruises, salmon fishing on Lake Ontario, with no limit on group size. Both of our boats are docked in Port Credit close to Toronto and are fully equipped and Transport Canada approved. Our success rate lets us guarantee you a catch during the Great Ontario Salmon Derby, or your next outing will be on us!

In 1999, during the Great Ontario Salmon Derby , which had 20,000 fishing participants, we were fortunate to put 3 of our guests on the leader board and qualify in the top 10 positions! In 2004 we had two price winners.
